Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with any purchase you may make with the Little Gallery.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned to The Little Gallery within fifteen (15) days of purchase for an exchange, in-store credit or full refund to credit card, less shipping charges.

 No cash refunds are given.  

Sales receipt must be provided and credit card used in connection with the purchase. 

Purchases made with a gift certificate will be refunded to an in-store credit account. 

After fifteen (15) days, items may be returned for an exchange or in-store credit for the purchase price with the original receipt.  The Little Gallery reserves the right to refuse any return that occurs more than ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

Returns without a receipt will may be considered with the appropriate identification and if the sales history can be validated within the point of sale.

A returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sold (with the exception of defects that have occurred during the artisan process) and accompanied by a receipt of purchase.  The Little Gallery does not accept the return of products that have been damaged or soiled. 

Custom items, such as commissioned paintings or custom artwork are non-returnable, unless there is damage to or a defect in the product, in which case The Little Gallery is happy to review and work with the artist on a case by case basis.
